The Ultimate Camping Destination

• Speed limit is 4 MPH. (This can be a very crowded park and if you run over someone’s kid it really puts a damper on your visit)
• Please don’t throw your cigarette butts on the ground or in the fire rings. (An empty can makes a great ash tray)
• Please no cutting or burning of trees. Firewood is available at the office.
• Firearms are NOT permitted. If you have a weapon in your RV, make sure it stays there. If someone or something needs shot, Sam will do it!
• Fireworks are NOT permitted.
• Quiet time is 12am – 8am. At 10pm, your music needs to be contained at your site and turned off at midnight. This includes using your inside voice. Please make sure that your party is courteous to your neighbors at all times. Vulgar music will not be tolerated. Not everyone’s 6-year-old is ready for Cardi B!
• Please help keep the facility clean by containing your garbage. No burning of garbage in the fire pits or otherwise. Dumpsters are provided.
• We strive to keep our showers and restrooms clean for you. Your help is greatly appreciated! DO NOT PROVIDE CODES TO ANYONE!! If they are one of our guests and they need the code, our staff will gladly give it to them.
• Owners are required to clean up after their pets! We want to create a welcoming environment for families and pets alike, so there will be zero tolerance for aggressive or mismanaged pets.
• Remember to keep your valuables locked up at all times. We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items.
• Check out time is 12 noon. If you wish to stay longer, late check out is available for $25 if no one is scheduled to come into your site that day.
• We are NOT responsible for accidents.
• You are subject to the request of park management at all times.
• Children are not to be left unattended at any time.
  

Anyone not wearing their wristband will get to purchase another one for $10. Lost or broken wristbands will gladly be replaced at the office. If you have them but aren’t wearing them, STILL $10 for making us have to babysit you. This is how we identify our guests from drunks that wash up and keep your neighbors from overrunning your site with all their local friends. ALL guests must stop at the office and check in.

We have high expectations for our guest’s behavior while you are here. If you feel the rules don’t apply to you, this is not the place for you, and you won’t be allowed back.
